The Aporkalypse – Poster & T-Shirt Design
This project was a special commission for Thrift Taco in London: creating an illustration for their food pop-up called “The Aporkalypse”, an intimate 50-person event celebrating great food and craft beer.
The goal was to design something that could work both as a t-shirt graphic and a poster, keeping a strong visual impact while staying effective in a reduced color palette (2 inks or even black and white). My creative approach was to give it a bold attitude with a touch of humor, striking a balance between irreverence and playfulness.
The final result was a character-driven piece that not only stood out as a poster but also adapted seamlessly into a t-shirt design, becoming a memorable element of the pop-up. The client was thrilled with the outcome, and I truly enjoyed bringing this idea to life.

The challenge was to create a design that felt both appealing and full of attitude. It would have been easy to drift into something darker or more grotesque, but this is the first sketch that eventually evolved into the final artwork. My years of listening to death metal bands in my youth definitely came in handy here, haha.
